International Shipments

Please contact us before initiating any return.

We accept returns at the customer's expense if the following conditions are met:

1. The product has only been tried on indoors, without walking on the floor.
2. The product is free from wrinkles, deterioration, dirt, or any other damage.
3. All accessories are included.
4. The product has been tried on without direct contact with the skin.
5. Optional water-repellent and stain-resistant treatments have not been applied.
6. The product is returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

・Products with STAIN & WATER PROOF processing
・Products marked as "No Returns or Exchanges" on the product page

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Additionally, cancellations or refunds for any orders, whether regular or pre-order, are not accepted. We appreciate your understanding.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change to a different size or item, please place a new order.
